BZU is aimed at young people who want to develop their skills and is especially relevant for young people who do not know who they are, what their talents are and what they can do with this in relation to others (society).

BZU helps people in gaining insight in how they are perceived as a person by their surroundings and this will allow them to find their own talents. Consequently, those who become more aware of their own talents will do their best to show them. Those who use their talents are more appreciated. And those who feel valued are more inclined to constructive solutions.
