Second Focus Group Session

One of the most common ideas in policies for preventing violent extremism is the importance of working together across different sectors, including from government, education, police, social work, and local communities. There are many challenges to such collaboration, as well as examples of fruitful partnerships. This discussion is an opportunity for participants to explore in more depth what effective arrangements for collaboration might look like, drawing on their collective experience. The insights and issues emerging in these discussions will be drawn on in the ongoing research in order to articulate insights and experiences that can strengthen current and future arrangements for collaboration.
